The BPCup runs a mailing list hosted by Google Groups. If you want to keep up to date with stuff going on we recommend you subscribe. Typically, time sensitive information will be sent to the mailing list before being posted on the Bpcup website. You can also view messages online.

If you don't want to receive postings by email, but still want to post you can set your delivery options to 'no-email'. You can also set it to receive a daily digest and an abridged email so that even if there is a lot of activity you won't receive more than 1 email a day
